- Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on various energy-related matters, including renewable energy projects, regulatory compliance, energy market transactions, and environmental considerations.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertaining to energy projects, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory filings.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving energy industry trends, legislative changes, and case law to provide timely and informed legal advice.
Profiles
- A law degree earned from a Greek university.
- LLM is a plus
- Demonstrated experience of 3-7 years in practicing business and energy law
- Proficiency in English.
- Understanding of energy law, including renewable energy regulations, energy market structures, and environmental considerations
